Bold Adventure

I wish to go on a bold adventure

To a place I’ve never known

Where the world surrounding is larger than me

Where all is untamed and overgrown

Including myself, with these wild eyes

This wild heart is groaning and trembling

Something keeps growing deep inside

An adventure is slowly assembling

For now, the words will have to do

In books and on pages of black and white

Someday the landscape around me will too
