Whistling Warber

As the weary whistling warbler

Toots its merry tune

We say farewell to the beloved

Month of merry June

We hope she does come round again

Sometime very soon

For evening starts approaching

Quicker after noon

And when the sojourning sun has set

The warbler won’t whistle or toot its merry tune

    1. It did 🙂 It doesn’t seem like it did because of everything going on in the world, but it had little angel rays here and there. For one, I got engaged. It’s a weird time to do something like that, but it was the right time.
