A Not-Poem for Monday (Breathe)

Breathe once in

And twice out

Take a pause

You’ve got all week to be out and about

Five minutes late

Is not the end of the world

So breathe in

Take a deep draught of morning air

Scoop a handful of daisies

Count your blessings in their petals

You have all week to not breathe

Inhale your fill and remember

For one moment

Maybe two moments more

How to just be
