Ever So Eloquently

I used to go on a search for hundred-dollar words
And wouldn’t think a thing of the poetry without
So, most of what I said I’d think was strictly for the birds
But misusing eloquence is nothing one should tout

Maybe some of what I say should be for the birds
Just not in the way that I know the phrase to be
Because a thing a bird might say could hardly be called words
Yet says everything they need, and ever so eloquently
