Of High Adventure

What happens when the road has been a slog
And you chalked it up to paying dues
Now it feels like walking about in a fog
And you don’t know if your compass points true

At this point, you may be lost
And your cheeks may have lost their hue
Or maybe that’s just the cost
Of high adventure and taking the road you never knew
