Bells and Chimes

Take this moment, delicately grab it

Hold it between your forefinger and thumb

Gently now, love, it is quite delicate

But don’t let it slip on through

Leave this moment, delicately grab it

Hold it between your forefinger and thumb

Set it gently down in a shadowbox

Particularly if it is something new

Come, revisit the shadowbox, at least now and then, time to time

If there’s a moment you think you’ve lost, or mayhaps left behind

Then you’ve got a new adventure, or and old thing to find

But you will find it – all moments have bells and chimes
