Forever, With You

Dear love of mine

What I wouldn’t do to find

Your fingers intertwined

In the holes of my life

I can imagine you and me

Laughing at all the ways we will see

The ways you were made for me

How you were always caught in between

The horizons that are so obscure

In all the ways that make me unsure

If I’m meant to be more demure

If this heart will ever be pure

Of who I am

If I’m even a man

If I even can

Make it to the altar to stand

Forever, with you
